Terms, delivery and refunds

Who you're buying from
Ground Truth is a small UK-based online shop selling coffee guides and tools. You can reach us at admin@affiliate-marketing.x10.mx, and we reply to everything within one working day.
Digital products
What you get. PDF and spreadsheet files, downloaded immediately after payment and also emailed to you. Download links stay live for 30 days, and we can re-send them at any time — just ask.
Licence. Digital products are licensed to one person for personal use. That means you can read them, print them, and keep them forever, but not resell them, share the files, or upload them anywhere. If you want to share a guide with a friend, send them the link to buy it.
Delivery. Instant. If your download doesn't appear within a few minutes, check your spam folder and then email us — we'll send the files directly.
Physical products
Delivery. We post within one working day. UK standard delivery is £3.95 (2–3 working days); UK tracked 24 is £6.95 (next working day, ordered before 2pm). Delivery is free on orders over £50.
Outside the UK. Digital products only, for now.
Stock. We only list physical items we actually hold. If something sells out before you order, you'll see it as unavailable rather than being charged and made to wait.
Refunds — the 30-day promise
Digital products. If a guide doesn't help you make better coffee, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. You can keep the files. We don't ask why, and we don't make you fill in a form.
This is more generous than the law requires for digital downloads — under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally lose the right to cancel a digital product once you've downloaded it. We do it this way because a refund is cheaper than a bad review, and because the guides either work for you or they don't.
Physical products. You have 14 days from delivery to cancel, and 14 days from cancellation to send the item back. It needs to come back unused and in its packaging. We refund the item price and the original delivery cost. Return postage is yours unless the item was faulty.
Faulty goods. Your statutory rights apply: repair, replacement or refund. Email us and we'll sort it out without argument.
How to ask for a refund. Email admin@affiliate-marketing.x10.mx with your order reference. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 working days.
Payment
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details — they go straight to Stripe. We receive only your name, email, address if you're having something posted, and confirmation that the payment succeeded.
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. We'll give you a receipt by email.
Your order
Once you place an order we'll email you a confirmation with your order reference. Keep it — it's how we find your order if you need anything.
If we get something wrong — a missing download, a guide that won't open, a package that goes astray — tell us and we'll fix it. That's the whole policy.
Content and advice
Our guides are practical advice based on research and experience. They're not warranted to make you a barista, and results depend on your machine, grinder, beans and water. Where we describe products, we describe our honest opinion — including the faults.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you bought. This page shows the last update date at the top.
